By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
🎨 Art Style & Content
- I create in my signature cosmic punk / illustrative style — please browse my portfolio before requesting.
- I reserve the right to decline any request that includes:
- Hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative content
- Extreme graphic violence or adult content outside my style/comfort zone
- Requests that do not align with my creative focus
- Hateful, discriminatory, or exploitative content
🔧 Revisions
- 1 minor revision is included during the sketch phase (pose, expression, small tweaks).
- Major changes or full redraws after sketch approval may incur a redraw fee.
- Final pieces are considered approved after you confirm the sketch and color draft.
📐 Image Size & Delivery
- Standard digital canvas sizes are between 2000x2000px and 4000x5000px at 300 dpi.
- Larger or custom sizes must be discussed before payment and may affect pricing.
- Final files will be delivered via email or downloadable link in PNG or JPG format (unless otherwise requested).
💸 Pricing, Payment, & Refunds
- Prices are based on complexity, size, and time required.
- Once your commission is accepted, I’ll send a quote and invoice.
- Full payment upfront is required to begin your piece (or 50% upfront, 50% before delivery for large projects).
- No refunds after the sketch has been approved, unless I cancel the commission myself due to unforeseen circumstances.
⏳ Turnaround Time
- Most commissions take 1–3 weeks depending on complexity and my queue.
- Rush orders (under 7 days) may be available for an additional fee — ask first!
🚫 Usage Rights
- Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only unless a commercial license is arranged in advance.
- You may post the artwork online with credit (tag me or link back!).
- Do not resell, mint, or use my work for NFTs, AI training, or merchandise without written permission.
